Adham became interested in DGNN after reading an article the group wrote in the Journal of Neurosurgery and learning more about the incredible work that was being done in teaching, operating, and conducting research in Uganda. As someone coming from Egypt, a developing and medically under-served community, he also has a very strong interest in working with under-served communities globally. The opportunity to be part of the DGNN and work with team is an invaluable experience for him, as he works toward becoming a neurosurgeon with global focus and impact.
