As a public health physician from Uganda, Martha is interested in thinking through and learning more about viable healthcare solutions for low and middle income countries. She feels this fits perfectly with DGNN’s work focusing on finding solutions to improve neurological care in countries with limited resources.

Martha is currently part of a team trying to bring the Comprehensive Neurological and Neurosurgical Care Country Level Assessment in Uganda to fruition. They have completed the preliminary requirements for presentation of the project to the Makerere University Public Health Research and Ethics Committee in Uganda.
