The work DGNN is doing in Uganda drew Neal to the Duke Bass Connections program on sustainably improving neurosurgical patient outcomes. As a global health major, he is deeply interested in understanding how to develop sustainable global health initiatives, and getting the opportunity to actually be apart of these processes is what drew him to DGNN.
