Dr. Dunn is currently working on analyzing the DGNN Mulago TBI database. He has helped to develop new TBI outcome proxies for patients in the database and has had some exciting preliminary results from a prognostic model that was built to predict outcomes from patient and accident information at the time of admissions. He is also working on investigating which patients are likely to benefit most from surgery. Together, these analyses and models will help establish efficient clinical workflows and improved standards of care for TBI in Uganda.
